Complaints Policy

Whilst we hope that the situation never arises, CD Betting will attempt to resolve any complaints that you may have in regard to our services as quickly and efficiently as possible. We strive on providing a first-class service and we will always ensure that your comments and concerns you may have are used to improve our service.

If you are not happy with how the team have dealt with the complaint or with the outcome then you can speak to our Customer Account Manager. Our Helpline is manned during the above office hours and we will be happy to talk to you.
